This personal data Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the White Star Beauty Online Store, located on the domain name www.whitestarbeauty.com, can receive about the User while using the Online Store website, programs and products of the online store.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1. The following terms are used in the Privacy Policy:

1.1.2. “Personal data” – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or determinable individual (subject of personal data).
1.1.3. “Processing of personal data” – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation with such personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, gathering, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” – a requirement to be fulfilled by the Operator or any other person who has gained access to personal data to not allow its distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or the presence of another legal basis.
1.1.5. “User of the online store website” (hereinafter referred to as the Site User) a person who has access to the Site via the internet and uses the Site. 

1.1.6. “Cookies” – a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the user’s computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when trying to open the page of the corresponding site.
1.1.7. “IP address” – a unique network address of a node in a computer network built in accordance with IP protocol.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The User’s use of the site constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User’s personal data.
2.2. In the case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Online Store website.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the website of the White Star Beauty Online Store. The Online Store does not control and is not responsible for the behavior or policies of third-party sites to which the User can click through to by means of links available on the site.
2.4. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User of the Online Store website.
3. SUBJECT OF PRIVACY POLICY 
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Site Administration for the non-disclosure and the protection of the privacy of personal data, which the User provides at the request of the Site Administration while filling out requests on the site or while working with the feedback form.
3.2. The personal data permitted to be processed under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling in the registration form on the «White Star Beauty» Online Store website in the “Registration” tab and includes the following information:
3.2.1. The User’s last name, first name, middle name;
3.2.2. User’s telephone number;
3.2.3. E-mail address;
3.2.4. Shipping address;
3.2.5. User’s residence address.
3.3. The Site Administration protects the Data automatically transmitted in the process of viewing ad units as well as when visiting pages on which a statistical system script is installed (“pixel”, others), including:

3.3.1. Disabling “cookies” may result in restricted access to parts of the Online Store website, which request authorization.
3.3.2. Statistics systems collect statistics on the IP addresses of visitors. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems as well as to control the legality of financial payments.
3.3.3. Personal information not specified above (history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) is to be stored, except as provided for in clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
4. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION

4.1. The User’s personal data may be used by the Site Administration for the purposes of:
4.1.1. Identifying Users registered on the site, for the processing and/or the provision of User requests.

5. METHODS AND TERMS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
5.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without an expiration date by any legal means, including within personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools.
5.2. The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular courier service providers, shipping organizations and telecommunication providers in order to fulfill User orders created on the White Star Beauty Online Store website, including the delivery of products.
5.3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4. In case of the loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration will inform the User about said loss or disclosure of personal data.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES 
6.1. The User must:
6.1.1. Provide the information regarding personal data required to use the Site.
6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.
6.2. The Site Administration is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the obtained information solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. To ensure the secret storage of confidential information, not to disclose this information without prior written permission from the User, and not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other possible way the transferred personal data of the User, with exception of cases outlined in p. 5.2. and 5.3. in this Privacy Policy. 

6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with procedures normally used to protect this type of information in existing business transactions.
6.2.4. Block access to personal data relating to the relevant User, from the time of User request or that of his/her legal representative or authorized body, for the protection of the rights of the subjects of personal data during the period of verification in case of the detection of unreliable personal data or illegal actions.
7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES 
7.1. The Site Administration, in the case of failure in fulfilling its obligations, is liable for the losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except as otherwise provided for in paragraphs. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. The Site Administration is not responsible in case of loss or disclosure of confidential information if said confidential information:
7.2.1. Became part of the public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
8. THE SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES 
8.1. Prior to filing a lawsuit concerning disputes arising from the relationship between the Site User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 calendar days from the date of the receipt of the claim, notify the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim.
8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.
9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS 
9.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
9.2. A new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
