Delivery is a separate service that is not an integral part of the goods purchased by the Buyer. Its execution ends at the time when the customer receives the goods and pays for them.
In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” perfumes and cosmetics are not subject to exchange and return. Therefore, the purchase of goods with shipping does not give the Buyer the right to request delivery of the purchased goods in an attempt to exchange them.
